Understand Billing Status

Billing status tells you whether an establishment is in trial, active, past due, suspended, canceled, or scheduled to cancel at the end of the current period.

Where Billing Appears

- Owner > Billing shows account-level subscription, saved cards, plan status, and invoices across establishments.

- Dashboard > Billing shows billing details for the active establishment.

- Billing-related access is protected by billing permissions.

Current Pricing

- Check the current Pricing page and the quote shown in Owner > Billing for your currency, billing cycle, and establishment. Confirm the amount before subscribing.

- New accounts include a 14-day trial when enabled by the billing flow.

Status Meanings

- Trial: The establishment is in the trial period.

- Active: The subscription is paid and available.

- Past due or suspended: Payment or subscription action is required.

- Canceled: Access depends on whether the paid period has already ended.
