Manage Subscription Payment Methods

Subscription payment methods are the cards used to pay Mintcom invoices. They are separate from the in-store payment methods cashiers use at checkout.

Add or Update a Card

1. Open Owner > Billing.

2. Select Add Payment Method.

3. Enter the card details in the secure payment form.

4. Set the default card if multiple cards are saved.

5. Confirm the billing page shows the correct default card and expiry date.

Operational Difference

- Subscription cards pay for Mintcom service access.

- Dashboard > Payment Methods controls what customers can use at checkout.

- Card types in Dashboard > Payment Methods control reporting labels such as Visa or Mastercard.

Avoid Service Interruptions

Update expired cards before the next billing date. If a payment fails, check the card, billing status, and any subscription-required message in the dashboard.
