Manage Billing Payment Methods

Use this article when you need to add, change, remove, or set the default card used for Mintcom subscription billing.

Common Tasks

- Add a new card from Owner > Billing.

- Set default so future invoices charge the correct card.

- Remove an old card only after another valid default card is saved.

- Check expiry if billing status changes to past due.

What Staff Should Know

Only account owners or users with billing permission should manage subscription cards. Store managers who only operate the POS usually do not need this access.

Troubleshooting

- If the card form fails, check the card details and try again.

- If the dashboard says subscription is required, go to billing and update the card or resume the subscription.

- Contact support if the charge succeeded but the establishment still appears blocked.
