Most Mintcom errors are shown as clear messages rather than public numeric codes. Use the message, page, and action to decide what to do next.
Common Messages
- Session expired or unauthorized: Sign in again.
- Permission denied: Ask an owner to review your role permissions.
- Subscription required: Open Billing and check subscription status or payment method.
- Validation error: Review required fields, duplicate names, limits, or invalid values.
- Network error: Check Wi-Fi and try again after reconnecting.
What to Send Support
- The exact message.
- The page and action that triggered it.
- Establishment name and user name.
- Device, browser/app version, and screenshot.
- Whether it happens every time or only once.
