Set Up Store Payment Methods
Store payment methods control what cashiers can choose during checkout, such as cash, card, delivery app, voucher, or another custom method.
Configure Accepted Methods
1. Open Dashboard > Payment Methods.
2. Keep Cash enabled if you accept physical cash.
3. Configure Card and the card types you want to track, such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
4. Add other payment methods for delivery apps, bank transfers, wallets, or local providers.
5. Upload logos where useful so staff can recognize methods quickly.
6. Disable methods you no longer accept instead of deleting active historical data.
Card Types vs Other Methods
- Card types help reports separate card brands.
- Other payment methods are for non-cash, non-card methods such as delivery platforms or wallet providers.
- Subscription cards are managed separately from the Owner Billing area.
Best Practice
Keep payment names short and consistent because they appear in filters, orders, and reports.
