API Integration Guide

Mintcom uses authenticated APIs internally for the website, dashboard, owner portal, reports, support tickets, and billing. This website does not expose a public self-service API key screen.

What Exists Today

- The web app calls protected API routes for account, dashboard, reports, products, staff, settings, billing, and support workflows.

- Internal authentication is not a supported substitute for a documented third-party integration.

- Integrations must respect establishment boundaries and the access approved for the account.

- Some public website features can be embedded or linked depending on deployment configuration.

If You Need an Integration

Contact support with the integration goal, data direction, target system, security requirements, and whether it is for one establishment or multiple establishments.

Do Not Assume

- Do not scrape dashboard pages for production integrations.

- Do not share owner credentials with third-party tools.

- Do not build against undocumented API behavior without written support approval.
