Uploading Images and Logos
Good images improve product recognition and brand presentation, but oversized or unsupported files can slow the dashboard or fail to upload.
Recommended Image Practices
- Use clear square product photos when possible.
- Compress large files before uploading.
- Avoid transparent product photos if the background makes the item hard to see.
- Use a clean logo with enough contrast for receipts and dashboard display.
If Upload Fails
1. Check that the file is an image format supported by your browser.
2. Reduce the file size and try again.
3. Rename the file with simple letters, numbers, hyphens, or underscores.
4. Refresh the dashboard and retry from a stable connection.
5. Open a support ticket if the same image fails after compression.
