Mintcom stores operational data through the cloud backend, while some session and fallback data is stored locally in the browser or POS device.

What Is Cloud-Backed

- Orders, reports, settings, staff, products, categories, discounts, payment methods, customers, and billing data are loaded from backend APIs.

- Activity logs help audit changes after they are saved.

- Confirm a support ticket appears in your ticket list after submission; a local draft is not a cloud backup.

What to Do Before Major Changes

- Export reports or order data where export actions are available.

- Record current settings before changing tax, receipt, or payment configuration.

- Review delete warnings, impact dialogs, and reactivation options before removing products, categories, attributes, or payment methods.

Recovery

If data is missing or a deletion was accidental, contact support immediately with the establishment name, user, approximate time, and affected records.
